公司沿革

1977年     

• 創立國朧實業股份有限公司，並從事鋼捲買賣及裁剪加工。
• Establish "Kuo Lung Industrial Co.,Ltd." at Daliao Township, Kaohsiung County.

1983年

• 與日本川崎製鐵(JFE株式會社)合資，成立 "國及實業股份有限公司"，並同時引進新型分條機，從事特殊鋼材裁剪加工。
• Joint with JFE Corporation and establish "Kuo Gee Industrial Co., Ltd." Also purchase steel sheet slitting machine for cutting services.

2002年

• 增購8呎高速迴轉裁剪機，推動生產線自動化，並成為南部第一家斜板裁剪廠。
• Purchase 8 feet high speed shearing roating machine to develop the automation of production line and become the first company having bevel angle shearing machine in the South of Taiwan.

2002年

• 通過ISO SGS-9001國際品保認證。
• Get ISO SGS-9001 quality management certifcate frome BSMI.

2005年

• 為配合瑞利公司於汽車鈑金上的設計需求，增資做專業代工，設置R行刀座(4500呎)提升公司特殊裁剪技能。
• Cooperate with Jui Li for auto plate hood OEM and invest in R model technique to upgrade shearing facility.

2006年

• 國朧擴建廠房，並加購六呎飛剪式自動裁剪機，同時提高生產效益及品質。
• Expand new plant and add 6 feet shearing machine to enhance production efficiency and quality.
