成立於1986年的亞洲船務代理有限公司，代理國外遠洋拖船及於工作船舶服務已30餘年，從事世界範圍的拖曳作業，在7500BHP-11,000BHP的範圍中是超群絕倫的代表。

於2002年成功引入ISM系統，也對所有現有船舶實施2006MLC證書；旗下的「亞洲打撈股份有限公司」擁有多艘工作船，均符合國際標準安全管理（ISM）認證。

為因應臺灣離岸風電市場，「亞洲打撈股份有限公司」新進擁有動態定位系統（DGPS）的外海支援工作船，

不僅能協助大型工作船下錨及起錨，也可作為外海工程的工作人員調度船，亦可當作拖船和補給船。

Founded in 1986, Asian Marine Co., Ltd. has been representing overseas ocean-going tugboats and providing service vessels for more than 30 years, specializing in worldwide towing operations. It is an outstanding representative in the range of 7,500 BHP to 11,000 BHP. In 2002, the company successfully implemented the ISM (International Safety Management) system and applied the 2006 MLC (Maritime Labor Convention) certificates to all existing vessels. Its subsidiary, Asian Marine Salvage Ltd., owns several service vessels, all of which are certified under international safety management standards (ISM). To cater to Taiwan’s offshore wind power market, Asian Marine Co., Ltd. has acquired offshore support vessels equipped with Dynamic Positioning Systems (DGPS). These vessels not only assist large workboats with anchoring and unanchoring but also serve as personnel transfer vessels for offshore projects and can be used as tugs and supply ships. Asian Marine Co., Ltd. boasts a passionate and professional service team, offering a high level of flexibility, making it the ideal partner for offshore operations.
