Asian Marine Co., Ltd. (AMC) auctioned the 7th vessel, Salvage Vanguard (formerly Hua Shun), on Dec. 18, 2024. The handover was completed on Jan. 25 in Hong Kong, and the vessel is currently anchored at Hong Kong No. Anchorage until all the application work is completed. It will then return to Kaohsiung, Taiwan, for further dry-docking and bunkering. Salvage Vanguard (ex-Hua Shun), built in 1985, has an LOA of 60m, a breadth of 14.5m, and a draft of 7.4m, with 4,590 BHP and 102.4 TBP. It is coming soon for work in 2025.
