Then, an 80T BP tugboat SALVAGE CHAMPION will take over to tow the barge from Kaohsiung to Rotterdam. This voyage is expected to take approximately 98 days, with the option to seek refuge in ports located in China, the Philippines, Indonesia, South Africa, Guinea, and France if necessary. The transportation has been meticulously planned to ensure a safe and efficient journey for the tugs.
Salvage Ace departed for Nantong, China, to tow TAMARACK back to Kaohsiung and handed it over to Salvage Champion. Salvage Champion then departed for Rotterdam on October 19.
